Red Letter

Red
Letter Mortgage is a Madison based mortgage company that specializes
in lending
for residential properties.
Red Letter Mortgage opened in Madison in 2001 and is located
in the Olde Town Office Park, off Odana Road.
Our focus is to create customers for life! The
result of this philosophy is that nearly 100% of our business is by
referral from satisfied clients, trusted financial advisors and the
most experienced realtors in the Dane County.
We achieved this by viewing our role in the lending industry as that of helping customers
professionally manage their debt. We help borrowers integrate the
mortgage loan they select into their overall long and short term
financial and investment goals as well as their payment and equity
objectives. Red Letter Mortgage works with over 50 different lenders
to provide you with the best rates and most diverse array of
programs available. |

The
process starts prior to your first loan and continues
indefinitely for as long as you own property. A rate watch service,
continual product updates, and an annual mortgage review are just part of
the services we use to continually help homeowners manage what is
typically your largest investment.
Dirk Todd, the primary Loan Consultant and President of Red Letter
Mortgage, has been involved in lending since 1997. He has an MBA from
Capital University and a BA in Finance from Ohio University. He
currently is a board member of the Wisconsin Association of Mortgage Brokers
and was appointed by the governor to serve on the Loan
Origination Advisory Council for the Wisconsin Department of Financial
Institutions.
The professionals at Red Letter Mortgage weren't "use car sales people"
yesterday, or ever. We pride ourselves in highly educated finance
professionals who work hard for your best financial lending interests.
We View
it as our mission to be the mortgage professional you will proudly
recommend to your friends and family.
