gave us a free consultation to assess the status of our
current loan. We had a negative amortization loan with a
variable interest rate which could have had dangerous
consequences since interest rates were going up. Nervous
about our loan, I asked Dirk Todd if he could help us find a
fixed rate loan so we didn't have to worry about our
negative amortization loan getting "out of control".
Dirk and his assistant were able to meet with us any time we
had questions about our loan. As a result, our closing went
smoothly and was easy to understand. We are very pleased to
